Desilting robot range

Compare the work, not just the model number

Working width is only the starting point. Pump duty, sediment, transport distance, access and power supply determine the usable configuration.

Compare all models

Before selecting

Five details make the first recommendation more accurate

  1. 01Sludge type and maximum particle size
  2. 02Working area, access width and water depth
  3. 03Required horizontal and vertical pumping distance
  4. 04Available voltage, frequency and phase
  5. 05Target capacity and working schedule

YG500 / YG600

Compact access

Both use a 3-inch slurry pump and 22 kW main motor. Choose the body width around available access.

YG900

Industrial balance

A 4-inch pump, 200 m³/h published flow and 38 mm maximum particle size.

YG1200 / YG1500

Higher throughput

37 kW main motors and up to 300 m³/h published flow for larger working areas.

Customization & optional equipment

Configure the machine around the site

Options are selected after the working conditions are reviewed. They are not automatically included in the standard machine.

Yunnei diesel engine generator set for a desilting robot
Power option

Diesel-powered package

A Yunnei-engine diesel configuration is available for sites where a suitable grid power supply is unavailable or unreliable.

High-pressure flushing spray bar on a desilting robot
Cleaning option

High-pressure flushing

Water jets help loosen compacted deposits before the slurry pump removes the disturbed material.

Underwater camera fitted to a desilting robot
Visibility option

Additional camera coverage

Add underwater camera coverage and a display to improve observation around the working head and machine.

Interchangeable working heads

Choose the breaking action for the material

Both heads can be changed according to the project. Photos or video of the sediment help us recommend the appropriate design.

Yellow standard breaker head installed on a desilting robotFront view of the yellow standard breaker head
Standard option · yellow

Replaceable standard breaker head

For routine sludge agitation and breaking up softer deposits or aquatic vegetation. The head is removable so the front-end setup can be changed for a different task.

Silver heavy-duty breaker drum with toothed ringsSilver heavy-duty breaker head installed on a desilting robot
Heavy-duty option · silver

Heavy-duty breaker head

For thick, consolidated sludge, tougher aquatic vegetation and harder material such as shells. Actual suitability must be confirmed from the material condition.

01

Working-head selection

Choose the yellow standard breaker for routine agitation or the silver heavy-duty design for more demanding deposits. Head width and compatibility are confirmed with the robot model.

02

304 or 316 stainless-steel upgrade

The standard machine uses 201 stainless steel. For improved corrosion and rust resistance, relevant structures can be upgraded to 304 or 316 stainless steel according to water chemistry and operating conditions.

03

Wear parts & spares package

Recommended spares can be prepared for the selected model, pump and attachment to reduce avoidable downtime after delivery.

Material selection matters

304 and 316 upgrades improve corrosion resistance, but neither should be described as universally corrosion-proof. Please provide water quality, salinity, chemicals, temperature and expected service time for review.

Recommended spare-parts review

Prepare for routine wear before shipment

  • Pump wear components and seals
  • Hydraulic hose and connection parts
  • Attachment teeth or working-head wear parts
  • Filters, electrical protection components and fittings
  • Model-specific maintenance consumables
